Fasting has existed since the dawn of time …

Each day that passes during your fast you will be amazed when you realise how easy it is to fast at home thanks to our “Fasting & Coaching” programs. Fasting is an option for all healthy people and is so much easier than most diets you may have tried. We don’t always make the best choices around our food or its quality. Our bodies often have to cope with overloads, leading to unnecessary weight gain, which is not only tiring for the body but also distressing for the mind. 

Our digestive system (our second brain) plays an essential role in our health …

When we break from eating, our digestive system, in particular, can finally rest, eliminate accumulated toxins, strengthen our immune system, rebalance our intestinal flora, regenerate our cells and much more.

However, our modern society motivates us to eat continuously and our digestive system can no longer do its job! This “eat all the time” is a new phenomenon and has only been around for the last few decades !

When we fast, the body restores itself …

In short, the body feeds on its reserves, cleanses, detoxifies and regenerates. This “self-restoration”, in medical terms, is called autolysis.
