General conditions of sale of Fasting & Coaching
ARTICLE 1 – ACCEPTANCE
Access and use of the website accessible at the following address : www.fasting-coaching.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) of the Fasting & Wellbeing company (hereinafter referred to as the “Manager of the Site”) and the products / services offered therein are subject to compliance with these general conditions.
Any access to the Site and / or use of the Site assumes acceptance and compliance with all of the terms of these general conditions of sale (hereinafter the “T & Cs”) and their unconditional acceptance. They constitute a contract between the Site Manager and the customer.
The Site Manager reserves the right to change the Site and the T & Cs at any time, or to supplement them with new contractual conditions. It is the customer’s responsibility to consult the T & Cs before any purchase to ensure that they are aware of the latest version, the date of the last update being displayed at the top of the T & Cs.
ARTICLE 2 – DEFINITIONS
- Product (s) : refers to the support programs marketed by the Site Manager.
- Customer : refers to any person who places an Order.
- Order: refers to the purchase of Products by the Customer after acceptance of the T & Cs.
ARTICLE 3 – PURPOSE OF THE SITE
The Site Manager specializes in supporting the practice of fasting for wellbeing. This Site allows Customers to place Product Orders.
ARTICLE 4 – PRODUCTS
The Site Manager presents the essential characteristics of the Products to the Customer and invites the Customer to read them carefully.
The Products sold on the Site are not sold to diagnose, prevent or cure diseases.
If you have any disease or disorder, you should see a doctor. Pregnant and breastfeeding women, children under 18 and people undergoing medical treatment are not recommended to take the product, except on the advice of their doctor or other healthcare professional.
The Site Manager recommends consulting the appropriate healthcare professionals for any health-related matter, including the following:
- Make any adjustments to any medication or treatment currently in use;
- Stop any medication or treatment in progress;
- Start a new drug or treatment.
The Customer agrees to communicate all his health information on the health questionnaire sent after purchasing the Product.
The Customer certifies placing the Order in full knowledge of the facts and being responsible for his personal acts and activities.
ARTICLE 5 – ORDER
Before placing an Order, the Customer declares that he/she is at least 18 years old and to have full legal capacity, or to hold parental authorization allowing him to place an Order on the Site.
The Customer acknowledges and accepts that only Orders for strictly personal use can be made on the Site.
Any person or entity wishing to market the Products on a professional basis should contact customer service.
Orders are made via the internet via the Site.
5.1 ELECTRONIC PURCHASES & ORDERS
The Customer is now able to check the details of his Order, the total price and to correct any errors before definitively validating his Order.
The Order is only validated by the Customer of his payment agreement and acceptance by the bank of the transaction.
The Site Manager is not responsible in the event of non-validation of the Order, without possible recourse by the Customer.
As soon as his Order is registered, the Customer receives a confirmation email containing the details of his Order. This confirmation may appear randomly among spam emails, regardless of the wishes of the Site Manager.
All the data provided by the Customer during the Order process and the recorded confirmation of this Order are valid as proof of the transaction.
The Site Manager reserves the right to refuse any Order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute relating to the payment of a previous Order as long as this dispute has not been resolved.
ARTICLE 6 – PAYMENT
The means of payment accepted on the Site are :
- Online bank card (SSL secure payment; cards bearing the name; Visa, Eurocard-Mastercard). The Customer will be asked to enter the number on his card, as well as its expiry date, directly in the zone provided for this purpose (entry secured by encryption). The card is debited at the time of the order.
- Online payment via the third-party Paypal solution ensuring the security of payments and transactions.
- The check in euros, cleared in an Irish bank, payable to “Fasting and Wellbeing”. The check, on the back of which the number assigned at the end of the Order will be given, should be sent to the following address: Fasting and Wellbeing – Client Services, 1 New Park Road, Holly Park, Blackrock County Dublin A94 RF96. The Order is processed upon receipt of payment and after receipt of the check. In case of refusal of payment by the bank, the Customer’s account is not debited and an electronic message asking him to update his bank details is sent to him. This can happen, for example, if the account is not sufficiently funded.
Pending receipt of the updated payment details, the Order is suspended. As soon as the payment details have been updated, the payment will be resubmitted to the Customer’s bank. Once the payment has been validated, the Customer will receive an electronic message confirming that the Order has been taken into account, subject to availability at that time.
ARTICLE 7 – PRICE
The prices of the Products are indicated in euros all taxes included (TTC). All Orders, whatever their origin, are payable in euros or British pounds
The Site Manager reserves the right to modify the prices at any time but the Products will be invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time of registration of Orders subject to availability.
The Products remain the property of the Site Manager until full payment of the price.
ARTICLE 8 – DELIVERY
8.1 DELIVERY ADDRESS
Delivery is made to the email address indicated during the Order process.
8.2 APPLICABLE TAXES AND DUTIES
All orders will be invoiced all taxes included (TTC).
Customs duties, local taxes, import duties or state taxes that may be required by the Customer’s country of residence are their own responsibility. It is advisable to check with the local authorities of the place of residence on the conditions of the products ordered and to make any corresponding declaration and / or payment with the competent bodies of the country concerned.
ARTICLE 9 – AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In the event of unavailability of a Product, the Site Manager informs the Customer by a “Full” mention on the product. The Customer then has the option of choosing a product at a later date.
ARTICLE 10 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
A customer who has purchased by online means has a period of fifteen (15) days to exercise his right of withdrawal by sending an e-mail to customer service at email@example.com or by sending a letter to customer service at the following address:

If an online payment is made within a period of less than seven days preceding the session, this clause cannot be applied.
If the payment has already been made online, a refund of the amount concerned will be sent to the customer digitally by means of payment used.
ARTICLE 11 – CANCELLATION
The Client and the Site Manager agree that neither party will be held responsible vis-à-vis the other for non-performance or delays in performance of an obligation of a party to vis-à-vis the other linked to this contract following the occurrence of a case of force majeure as usually recognized by Irish Law
The Site Manager reserves the right to cancel the customer’s participation in the product if his state of health presents contraindications to the practice of fasting for wellness. Should the customer mention any information on the health questionnaire when registering leading the Site Manager to feel he cannot accompany the customer because of the health information, the customer will be informed by the Site Manager and reimbursed fully within a couple of days.
Should the customer omit to give information relating to his health on the questionnaire and/or during the health interview, which may present a contraindication to the practice of fasting for wellbeing, the Site Manager cannot be held responsible and the customer cannot be refunded.
ARTICLE 12 – GUARANTEES AND LIMITED LIABILITY
The responsibility of the Site Manager cannot be engaged if the customer experiences any inconvenience in connection with information that has not been mentioned by the customer on the questionnaire to be completed immediately after purchasing the product.

ARTICLE 14 – UNAVOIDABLE CIRCUMSTANCES
Delays or non-fulfilment of Orders resulting from unavoidable circumstances, including but not limited to fires, floods, strikes, regulations or requirements of the public authorities, or any other inevitable, unforeseeable event beyond the control of the Person in charge of the Site within the meaning of case law cannot give rise to any compensation. The provisions of this article may not, however, under any circumstances exempt a part of the obligation to pay to the other any sum that it owes him.
ARTICLE 15 – LINKS
Hypertext links may refer to sites other than the Site. We disclaim all liability in the event that the content of these sites contravenes the legal and regulatory provisions in force.
ARTICLE 16 – APPLICABLE LAW / DISPUTES
This contract is subject to the law of the Customer’s country. The competent court is that of the domicile of the Customer.
ARTICLE 17 – MEDIATION
The Customer may resort to a mediator for any dissatisfaction after having previously sent a written complaint to the Site Manager.
