Our 4-step approach

1 - Registration

Register on our site HERE and complete your confidential online health questionnaire.


You will receive an initial telephone call from your Coach to explain the program you have chosen and the various phases of our support.


To help you prepare for your intermittent fast you will receive all the necessary
information as well as a list of items you will need for your program

 

2 - Preparation phase (4 days)

Start your food preparation with the help of your instruction booklet.


Take advantage of the hotline and the daily call from your coach.

Thanks to the WhatsApp group, share your experience with the other participants on your program to boost your motivation!

You are now perfectly prepared for your 5 days of intermittent fasting. You have the
option to take your meal at midday or in the evening and you can change the time to
suit your needs to complete your experience!

3 - Intermittent fasting phase (5 days)

 Everyday, from Monday to Friday, you will receive expert, professional and personalized advice by phone from your coach.

 If you wish, you can avail of a special fasting yoga session carried out by Yvonne
Doyle Yoga our partner.

Share your day with your WhatsApp chat group if you wish.

You will receive all the recipes to help you with the preparation of your daily meals and drinks.

You end your day on an educational note with live presentations given by your coach and you will have the opportunity to ask any questions you may have.

4 - Recovery phase (4 days)

Your coach will explain the recovery phase to you.


You will have already received your instruction booklet with recipe ideas and tips for sustaining the benefits of your intermittent fast.


You will continue to benefit from the services of the hotline and your coach to answer any questions you might have, as well as the WhatsApp discussion group.


You can share your experience and why not leave your testimony like so many
others already have !

Your typical day


Start the day with a hot drink without sugar or milk (tea, coffee, herbal tea)

 

Depending on your schedule, try a yoga session.

Personalized and scheduled telephone conversation with your coach

Preparation of your meal using our recipes

Online conference at 6 p.m. with an educational talk hosted by your coach
